I believe in acting on what you can as an individual; if someone comes to me with an idea then I help to make that dream happen as quickly as possible. We can all drive change at a local level which can have a huge impact when added together.

My experience has enabled me to help others to share and implement their ideas, linking up to key stakeholders to produce visible and measurable results.
